M&A Analysts play a meaningful role in our M&A transaction process. M&A Analysts prepare and review financial models and actively participate in financial, customer and operational due diligence. Candidates should have the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and possess strong communication skills. The analyst supports our merger, acquisition, and divestiture efforts by preparing strategic, economic, and valuation analyses. The Analyst will work on discrete projects and assist management in providing insightful analysis and solutions. This is a hands-on financial and strategic role, and the Analyst will:

Prepare financial models and analytical support for M&A, restructuring & special situations.
Create and present financial models and detailed analysis.
Draft situation analyses, pitch materials, information memos, management presentations and term sheets in support of M&A assignment.
